Kathleen and Dorothy began selling real estate as owners of Rancho Santa Fe Properties in 1978 until 1994 when they were acquired by Prudential California Realty. Since joining Prudential, they have been awarded the Prudential Real Estate Affiliate’s most prestigious award of LEGENDS, representing achieving Chairman’s Circle designation for 15 consecutive years putting their performance in either the top 1% or top 2% of Prudential’s agents nationwide. Their office is located in the historic Village of Rancho Santa Fe. This wonderful cornerstone building, completed in 1923, was the second office of the Santa Fe Land Improvement Company which developed the original Village, creating a Protective Covenant in 1928. Kathleen and Dorothy were instrumental in having their building with others in the Village listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
